Creative art reception set for May 3

A public reception and exhibition honoring the 25 participants of the three Creative Aging Art groups will be held at the Wyoming Pioneer Home on May 3.

You will get a chance to mingle with the artists and see their photography and gilding artworks that they have been producing this winter and spring.

Local artist Barrie Lynn Bryant taught one gilding and two photography courses to senior citizens with grants awarded to him from the Wyoming Arts Council. The classes were held in the Hot Springs County Library, Hot Springs County Senior Citizens Center and the Wyoming Pioneer Home.
