Mid Winter Blues Bash
A Mid Winter Blues Bash will be held on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Community Hall, 631 Big Horn. Dinner will be served at 5 with speakers beginning at 5:30. The mental health and community resource fair will include speakers from a variety of service providers. The event is free and all are welcome. Sponsored by Hot Springs County Democrats and Hot Springs County Prevention Coalition.
Government 101series
The Learning Center is sponsoring a three part series about how our town government works. Local Government 101 addresses civics, citizen’s rights and responsibilities, government functions and more. The first event in the series will be held Monday, February, 24 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Thermopolis Town Hall featuring Mayor Adam Estenson, Assistant to the Mayor Jim Jeunehomme and Town Clerk Tracey Van Huele.
America in Song
Ralph Witters Elementary third graders will be performing America in Song with special guests including Veterans of Foreign Wars and Thermopolis First Responders on Tuesday February, 25 at 2 p.m. at the William H. Malloy School Auditorium.
Meet our school board members
Hot Springs County community members are invited to a Meet and Greet with Hot Springs School District Board members for informal one-on-one conversation. The event will be Thursday, February 27, at the Hot Springs County Library, 344 Arapahoe St., from 5-6 p.m. Take advantage of the opportunity to get to know your local school board members. Chamber hosts concert
Bryan Elijah Smith will be performing a concert in Thermopolis on March 14 at the William H. Malloy School Auditorium. General admission is $25 with VIP tickets selling for $40. VIP is limited to 100 and will receive access to an after concert gathering. Tickets are available at http://www.thermopolischamber.org
