Vote yes or no to establish a senior service district

Voters in the 2024 Primary Election will have a chance to decide whether to establish a Hot Springs County Senior Citizen Service District with a maximum levy of two mills to be imposed on the district’s taxable property. If the formation of the district passes, voters will vote on district board members in the general election in November. The issue of forming the district will be decided in the primary this year.
