The University of Wyoming Extension office is offering pressure and boiling water canning classes June 3-5. Food preservation expert Vicki Hayman will lead the classes through hands-on instruction. Learn the latest USDA-approved methods and recipe sources for safely canning this year’s produce. The classes have a $15 supply fee.
