The filing period for town, county, state and federal offices starts at 8 a.m. on May 16, 2024 and ends on May 31, 2024 at 5 p.m.

Partisan Offices to be Nominated at the Primary Election and Elected at the General Election

COUNTY Offices - File with County Clerk - $100 Filing Fee - (1) Commissioner (4-Year Term); (1) Clerk of District Court (2-Year Term Unexpired Term)

Non-Partisan Offices to be Nominated at the Primary Election and Elected at the General Election

All candidates for municipal office file with the Town Clerk - $25 Filing Fee -

TOWN OF THERMOPOLIS - (2) Councilmembers (4-Year Term) TOWN OF EAST THERMOPOLIS - (2) Councilmembers (4-Year Term); TOWN OF KIRBY - (2) Councilmember (4-Year Term); (1) Councilmember (2-Year Unexpired Term)
