Middle school tracksters bring home impressive finishes from Lander

Last Friday, the Thermopolis Middle School Track competed at the Lander Middle School Invitational with ten other teams from the area.

The sixth grade girls team brought home fist place with 102 points with Lovell coming in second with 78 points. Seventh grade girls placed 4th with 56.50 points and eight grade girls finished sixth with 37 points.

On the boys side, the sixth grade team placed eighth with 19.50 points, the seventh grade team was 6th with 39 points and the eighth grade boys finished second with 74 points behind Riverton with 80 points.

The team also traveled to Powell on Saturday. Powell results were unavailable.
