Cooling off

Last weekend, people in a variety of flotation devices hit the Bighorn River. Flows out of Boysen Dam had been decreased to 5,000 cfs on Saturday. This week, they were reduced to 4,500 cfs on Monday and to 3,500 cfs on Tuesday.
