3-on-3 basketball tourney this weekend

The Bobcat Booster club is preparing to host their annual 3 on 3 basketball tournament Memorial Day weekend in Thermopolis. 

The Hot City Summer Slam will again be held in the parking lot of Hot Springs County High School on Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28. 

Teams can register using the link on the Bobcat Booster Club Facebook page. Online registration and payment is encouraged so that entries are not missed. 

The Booster Club is looking forward to hosting this annual event as 100% of the tournament proceeds will benefit Hot Springs County School District #1 sports. 

The tournament also brings revenue and traffic into Thermopolis which makes the event a win-win for the town. Spectators, remember to bring your chairs, sunscreen and umbrellas as the weather for the weekend includes partly sunny conditions along with a chance of thunderstorms.
