Rodeo club members perform well at Newcastle

Thermopolis Rodeo Club members traveled to Newcastle last weekend to compete.

Roedy Farrell won the bareback riding both days. Saturday he scored a 74 and Sunday he scored a 75, earning 10 points each day. He is currently tied for first in the standings with 106 points.

Rylee Agar had a time of 17.436 in the barrel racing for 15th place on Saturday and 17.604 on Sunday for 12th place.

Taylor Agar had a time of 17.449 in the barrel racing for 16th place on Saturday and 20.093 on Sunday. She had a time of 37.451 in the pole bending on Saturday and 27.718 on Sunday.

Kamryn Farrell had a time of 9.08 in the goat tying on Saturday, earning 8th place and 3 points. On Sunday, she had a time of 8.35, earning 7th place and 4 points.

Bridger Peil and his partner came in 9th in the team roping on Saturday with a time of 24.640, earning 2 points.

Brothers Jhett and McCoy Longwell came in 11th in the team roping on Sunday with a time of 20.45.
