Eric Ruckle, center, VP of Communication for 307 First from Casper, installed a new metal dinosaur silhouette along Highway 20 South. 307 First is a program that started about 15 years ago by Bob Moberly who wanted people to pay more attention to the Wyoming landscape and look out the windows more while driving. Their goal is to have 307 metal silhouettes in the state's on various roads and highways. So far, they have reached 10% of their goal. This dinosaur silhouette is on land owned by Harvey Seidel, right, who offered to house the silhouette. 307 First talked to Wyoming Dinosaur Center's Angie Guyon, left, about the idea and she said, "I think it's fantastic. I will be the first thing drivers see when they come into town and Thermopolis, of course, is famous for dinosaurs. Hopefully, when they see this silhouette they will take the time and look around the town and see what we have to offer."
