Thermopolis Wrestling Club members competed in the RMN Wild West Championship wrestling tournament held last Saturday at the Casper Events Center.
Overall the team came in 11th place out of 110 teams in the morning session and they came in 9th out of 103 teams in the afternoon session. Several wrestlers brought home individual metals.
In the morning session, Gabe Ryan at 50 lbs. and Hodlen Loden HWT placed first, Tanner Myers at 77 lbs. and Trenton Enis at 89 lbs. placed second, Cannon Boren at 116 lbs. placed third, Nash Bowker at 46 lbs. placed fourth and Garret White at 70 lbs. placed fifth.
In the afternoon session, Gabe Ryan at 49 lbs. and Lilly Quintanilla at 109 lbs. placed first, Kade Enis at 100 lbs., Kylie Geis at 109 lbs. and Roxy White at 53 lbs. placed third, Cannon Boren at 116 lbs. placed fourth and Briar Lahoe at 94 lbs. and Dyllan Myers at 88 lbs. placed fifth.
Kanon Bomengen competed at the Deb Allison Memorial and placed first in 8U 44-48.
