Christmas parade Saturday

The Thermopolis - Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a lighted Christmas parade on Saturday, Dec. 10 with the theme “Winter Wonderland.”

The parade will travel through downtown. Line up is at 5:30 p.m. at the HSC Senior Center and the parade starts at 6.

Pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be available after the parade at Hazel-n-Pearls. They are also sponsoring a food drive with donations going to the Community Christmas Basket program.

The Chamber is also hosting the 6th annual Window Decorating Contest for businesses. Voting will be done Dec. 9-20 with the winner receiving $100 in Chamber Bucks.

Also, don’t forget about the 2022 Merry Christmas Market through December 19, a four-week shop local promotion.

People can shop at participating businesses for a chance to win chamber bucks. The first three weeks are $250 in chamber bucks, and the final week it’s $500 in chamber bucks.
