Historical Society meeting features program

Retired Lieutenant Colonel Justin Budd will be presenting The Recovery of Missing World War II Personnel during the Hot Springs County Historical Society meeting on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. at the Historical Museum.

The program is about the recovery of a pilot who had been missing for over 70 years and his remarkable return to his family.

Budd is a graduate of Hot Springs County High School. He received a BS in biology from the University of Wyoming, an MPPM with an emphasis in security studies from the University of Pittsburgh, and attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the Department of Defense Joint and Combined Warfighter School.
