Voting verification

Hot Springs County Clerk Becky Kersten, left, and Republican Party Chairman Cynthia Garbin examine the seals on the DS200 voting tabulators. The seals were placed at the public test for voting equipment for the primary election and they were never removed. They are verifying that they have the same seal numbers on the machines and that they were indeed the same seals.
