Wyoming Democrat party holds quarterly meeting in Thermop

The Wyoming Democratic Party held their quarterly meeting in Thermopolis last weekend, starting with a mixer at Thermopolis Golf Club Friday night.

Hot Springs County Democrats hosted the mixer, with a fall Americana motif.

Saturday, the WDP Executive Committee and State Central Committee met at the County Annex. Items discussed included forming a Wyoming Veterans’ Council and a Rural State Council, sending mailers out to Democrats to remind them to switch back to their party affiliation, and a discussion of candidates’ challenges.

The weekend wrapped up with a Farm to Table dinner at SonRise Grass Creek Guest Ranch, hosted by Doug and Eve Lindamood.

Attendees were able to view pre-recorded videos from the Democratic National Committee’s leadership and the White House and hear from candidates.

Participants had many great things to say about Thermopolis.
