Bobcats prepare for home football game Friday

The Bobcat football team had their first scrimmage pre-season/week 0 game on Friday, August 26 at Worland. Varsity took the first half and JV took the second half to give players time on the field.

The Bobcats lost 29-40 but got some good practice for their next upcoming regular season game this Friday, Sept. 2 at home on the LeRoy Hayes Field vs. Tongue River beginning at 6 p.m.

This year’s roster of players includes: Seniors Owen McCumber, Gavin Shumway and Roedy Farrell; Juniors Mason Reese, Zane Smith, Luke Dickey, Ethan Crow and Jessen Basse; Sophomores Zane Stam, Brody Sorensen, Chris Arends, Ryan Arends, Lance Axtel, Logan Dafoe, Delmonico Dukes, Van Epperson, Colter Price, Ben Weaver, Ethan Yarrington; Freshmen Cody Bomengen, Armani Dukes, Cruz Mascorro, Stone Pebbles and Bridger Peil.

Coaching Staff includes: Head Coach Matt McPhie, Assistant Coach Boone Bowker, Assistant Coach Calder Forcella and Assistant Coach Darren Elder.
