Deloris O'Brien (Dee), 88, of Kirby, Wyo., passed away in her home on August 5. Deloris was born in Provo, Utah, on December 26, 1933.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry O'Brien; and son, Daniel Keener.
Deloris had six children, Wilford Keener, Deborah Keener, Daniel Keener, Dennis O'Brien, Cynthia Bown and Drake Bevans. Deloris had 33 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
Deloris also fostered several children throughout her life. She enjoyed participating in her community and had several friends that loved and adored her.
Deloris was a woman that loved and adored her family. She loved being a grandmother and cared for many of her grandchildren. She loved being a social butterfly and loved being fashionable, having her hair and nails done with all the accessories included. Deloris was a sassy, and classy lady that enjoyed her country music and her old western movies. She will be loved and missed dearly.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022, and Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Thermopolis. Burial will follow at the Monument Hill Cemetery in Thermopolis.
There will also be a Celebration of life in Salt Lake City, Utah, August 21 at 12 p.m. on the West side of Liberty Park.
