Candidate filing periods are open for federal, state, county and town offices. Deadline to file is May 27, 2022.

Hot Springs County Offices file with the Hot Springs County Clerk.

Offices with terms expiring include: two County Commissioner seats (4-Yr Terms), Assessor, Attorney, Clerk, Clerk of District Court, Coroner, Sheriff and Treasurer (4-Yr Terms).

Precinct Committeemen & Women file with the Hot Springs County Clerk.

Precinct Committeemen and Women: 2-Yr Terms. Precinct Committeepeople shall be electors registered in the party and resident in the precinct.

Republican Party: Town of Thermopolis Precinct 1 - (3) Men and (3) Women; Precinct 2 - (2) Men and (2) Women; Town of East Thermopolis Precinct 1 - (1) Man, (1) Woman; Town of Kirby Precinct 1 - (1) Man and (1) Woman; Rural - Precinct 1 - (3) Men and (3) Women

The Primary Election will be held August 16, 2022, and the General Election will be held on November 8, 2022.
