HSCHS graduation Sunday

The Hot Springs County High School Graduation Ceremony will be Sunday, May 15 beginning at 2 p.m. in the HSCHS gymnasium.

The ceremony for the class of 2022 will include 45 seniors who will be receiving their high school diplomas.

Jacob Randall is the class valedictorian and Jean-Luc Willson is class salutatorian.

Seniors Randall and Lee Grimm will also be graduating with an associates degree from Central Wyoming College because they were able to earn the required credits while attending high school. A story on their accomplishment will run in a future issue of the Independent Record.

Seniors were given the option to have a parade around town this year. According to school officials many opted not to participate so there will be no community parade this year.

Community members, along with friends, family and invited guests of graduates, are all welcome to attend the graduation ceremony on Sunday.
