The Hot Springs County Land Use Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at the Annex Wednesday, April 20 at 6 p.m. to review two applicants.
One will be with Douglas Lindamood, representing SonRise Ranch LLC, who requests a land-use change from agricultural to commercial to allow a meat processing facility. The subject property is a 3.87-acre parcel located near Grass Creek Road.
The other applicant is Brian Hayek, representing Red Rim Ranch LLC who has requested the approval of a preliminary subdivision plat to divide 385 acres into 88 single-family residential lots and a land-use change from agricultural to residential. This property is located approximately 1.4 miles south of the Town of Thermopolis.
