The Wyoming Dinosaur Center has been closed recently while they updated and added new exhibits. One of the new exhibits is a giant turtle called Archelon Ischyros from the Cretaceous period. It is about 80.21-74.21 million years old. The specimen can be found in Weston and Niobrara counties. There are also possible nesting sites between Thermopolis and Anchor Dam. The display is 18 feet wide, flipper to flipper, and 14 feet long from snout to flipper.
