Coachmen Motel converted to storage units

The location of the Coachmen Motel property is now being converted into storage units by property owner Marvin Meyer. There will be 38 storage units that will cost $80 per month. The units are 200 square feet. At this time, they are continuing to do work on the property and about 10 units will become available in the next two weeks. 

Also, Meyer said that they are remodeling two apartment units that are about 1,500 to 1,800 square feet with two bedrooms and one bath in each. The cost is yet to be determined. Call 921-2611 for more information.
