The 2021 Moonlight Madness Halloween costume contest filled the street in the 400 Block of Broadway last Thursday evening. The contest was sponsored by Dr. Vernon and Rachel Miller.

For ages under 1-year-old, first was Brier Kessler as a witch, second was Finley Sayler as a sheep, third was Rylee Nelson as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
For ages 1-2, first was Elloree Pietrzak as a rainbow with pot of gold, second was Hadley Whitt as Minnie Mouse, third was Omriella Emery as a lion.
For ages 3-4, first was Kevin Miller as a motorcycle rider, second was Chris Weber as Forky, third was Joey O'Connor as Tarzan/Jane.
For ages 5-6, first was Brynnley Blair as Mac & Cheese, second was Andrew Coates as a fireman with a dalmatian, third was Mieka Borders as Coco, Day of the Dead.
For ages 7-8, first was Makenna Mackay as Covid-19, second was Gunther Bihr as a basketball, third was Zaiden Raeston as Chucky.
For ages 9 and up, first was Alison Ivie as a rainbow, second was Lily Estenson as Dorothy, third was Teancum Gevas as a ninja.
For group, first was Heather and the Morningstar Family as Monster Inc., second was Kade Enis and Family as Cobra Kai, third was the Flores Family as Scooby Doo.
