Suicide prevention workshop planned

A free Suicide Prevention Workshop will be held Wednesday, Nov. 3 from noon-1 p.m. at the Hot Springs County Annex/Pubic Health Building at 117 N. 4th St.

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) is a one hour suicide prevention training designed to help people recognize the warning signs of someone in a crisis, and how to question, persuade and refer them for help. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in a crisis, and can save lives.
