Moonlight Madness is returning to the streets of downtown Thermopolis on Thursday, October 28 with fun events for all.
The Masons will serve tacos from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Masonic Hall.
The costume contest, sponsored by Dr. Vernon and Rachel Miller, will begin at 6 p.m. in the 400 block of Broadway in front of Town Hall.
The categories are: under 1, 1-2 years, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years, 9 years and above, and a group catagory.
The Thermopolis Independent Record staff will be hosting a pinata bash beginning as the costume contest is finishing up. It will be held in front of the office in the 400 block of Broadway.
Las Fuentes hosted the bash for many years prior to the building burning down and the business closing.
The Spooktacular Costume Contest Photo Booth by Shailee Harvey Photography will be located at Kirby Creek Mercantile.
The Chamber of Commerce reminds us don’t forget to Trick or Treat at the stores!
Also, George M. Sliney Lodge #26 will be collecting canned food at the Masonic Hall.
