The Bobcat Cross Country teams competed in the Pinnacle Bank/Powell Invitational last Friday.
Top finisher for the high school boys JV team was Jubal Wagler with a time of 19:16.36 earning him seventh place. Jesse Rodriquez was next to cross the finish line with a time of 20:33.50, followed by Isaac Robinson with a 22:25.39 and Joseph Crow with a 27:30.26.
For the girls varsity team, Ruthanne Johnson crossed the finish line with a time of 22:22.57 and Hallie Martinez with a 23:40.78. In JV, Elizabeth Keller crossed the finish line with a time of 27:53.20
For the middle school boys team, Jadeth Elder was the top finisher with a time of 13:00.28 followed by Dyllan Myers with a 13:01.19, Teancum Gevas with a 13:26.20, Trevin Shaffer with a 13:32.16, Davien Martinez with a 13:48.58, Alec Martinez with a 14:26.41, Trysten DeVries with a 15:20.31, Ammon Gevas with a 15:20.50, Camden Weyer with a 15:28.29 and Bobby Crow with a 16:02.40.
Merika Amend was the top finisher for the middle school girls with a time of 15:16.05 followed by Ruth Needham with a 16:57.96, Ava Dafoe with a 18:09.95, Skye Griffin with a 18:18.07, Mimi Johnson with a 19:39.31 and Lilly Johnson with a 20:15.79.
The Bobcats head to conference in Ethete this Friday.
