James Leroy Dooley passed away September 19, 2021, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, Mont.

Graveside services will be held at Mt. View Cemetery in Basin, Wyo., on Friday, Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

A luncheon will follow at the Burlington Park.
