The Hot Springs County High School parking lot was full of players and spectators for the Thermopolis 3-on-3 Saturday and Sunday.
The event, sponsored by the Bobcat Booster Club, reportedly had around 100 teams that competed.
This weekend, the Thermopolis Brewfest will be downtown and will feature family fun and several breweries offering up their beers for those 21 years and older.
Next weekend there will be a WJRA rodeo at the fairgrounds with local youths and youths from around the state competing from bragging rights and awards.
On Father’s Day weekend, the Hot Spot Car Rally will be held in Hot Springs State Park. The car rally has been a favorite for families for several years in Thermopolis.
The last weekend in June, the Thermopolis Cowboy Rendezvous PRCA Rodeo will be hitting town with two performances, a parade and some great entertainment.
June is packed full of local events with July and August looking pretty full as well.
Many of these events had to be canceled last year. Let’s get out and support them this year and show particiants, committees, sponsors, etc. just how much we appreciate the hard work, time and money that goes into these events.
