Open house at Agape Set Free Ministry features concert

Agape Set Free Ministry is holding an Open House on Sunday, May 23 at 245 Highway 120 West. Everyone is welcome and refreshments will be served from 2-3 p.m. and the concert will be from 3-5 p.m. Featured musicians are Garrett Miles and Michael Anthony Curtis.

The story of Garrett Miles is as inspiring as it is real. Blind from birth, he has the God-given talent of music that most dream about. He has opened for the likes of George Jones, Ray Rice, Tracy Lawrence, Blake Shelton and many more. In 2015, he competed and made it to Hollywood on American Idol. He is truly an Alabama treasure; with talent that some believe will put him shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the Alabama legends. Stars may have fallen on Alabama, but they shine on Garrett Miles.

Michael Curtis began his musical career in earnest in Nashville in 1982. An accomplished performer and recording artist in his own right, Curtis has written and produced songs reaching across music genres for numerous Grammy award-winning artists such as Randy Travis, Blake Shelton, Josh Turner, Lee Ann Womack, Ricky Skaggs, Collin Raye, Shenandoah, The Martins, Gordon Mote and many others. 

Michael has a unique testimony and is all about sharing it and his music with the world.
