Morris cookie jar auction planned

A Cookie Jar Auction will be held on Saturday, May 22 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the VFW for Oaklee Morris, the daughter of Aaron and Jess Morris.

Oaklee needs to have skull surgery due to craniosynostosis, a condition where one or more of the fibrous sutures in a young infant’s skill prematurely fuses by turning into bone, thereby changing the growth pattern of the skull.

A pulled pork dinner will be served and the auction will follow. Proceeds will go to help pay for her surgery and related costs.
