Share the light on Christmas Eve

Holy Trinity Episcopal Church will “Share the Light” on Christmas Eve with a brief outdoor service at 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve.

Everyone is welcome to attend the service and everyone in attendance will receive a luminaria to take home with them. Luminaria are a tradition in the southwestern states and Mexico at the holidays.

They are small paper bags that are put out by families on Christmas Eve and are lit at dusk. The little bags of light line walkways, window sills, roof tops, etc. and are designed light are to invite Christ into the home at Christmas.
