HSC sees slightly lower general election voters, mail ins up

According to Hot Springs County Clerk Rose DeSeyn, last week’s general election went smoothly.

DeSeyn said the number of votes cast for this election were actually slightly down from the general election in 2016 with 2,588 votes this year compared to 2,644 actual votes in 2016.
