Plans in the works for saloon

Jennifer Fisher is still working on final plans for a new business called OEB Saloon. It will be a liquor store and a bar at 500 South 6th Street. Right now she and her partners are waiting to close on the property.

Some of her plans include having a patio out back and she wants it to be a fun place...
