Phipps Memorial Concert set

The annual Rick Phipps Memorial Concert will be held Saturday, Sept. 5 at the Pavilion in Hot Springs State Park beginning at 7 p.m.

Featured musicians include Set Free Church Band, Kerry Wallace, Cal Winland, Chris Amend and the Silvertip String Band with Keith O’Brien on piano.
