Man killed in shooting

Christopher Bruckner, 51, was shot and killed in Midland, Texas, on Wednesday, July 22.

Police in Midland are investigating after they were called to shots fired at a residence in the 3900 block of Tumbleweed Train.

Upon their arrival, Bruckner was pronounced dead at the scene from a gun shot wound.

Another man at the scene was taken into custody for questioning regarding the shooting.

Police have interview witnesses at the scene and at press time no charges had been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
