The Wyoming Dinosaur Center recently received grant funding from the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund for $8,000.
Nearly $125,000 was awarded to 24 projects around the state that vary from historic preservation and facility infrastructure to online art exhibits, music festivals and much more.
The Wyoming Dinosaur Center received their funding for an interactive display project.
The matching grant will help pay for three displays – a T-rex and triceratops display, Wyoming Dinosaur Center history display and Jimbo, the Supersaurus.
The displays will be touchscreen and the Center hopes to have the project completed by the end of December 2020.
The grant money will help toward the displays, but money still needs to be raised for their completion.
Anyone, whether an individual or business, is welcome to donate to the displays. Donations may be dropped at the Dinosaur Center.
