If you’re ready to set some realistic activity goals, reduce your chances of falling and increase your flexibility as well as your strength and balance, then a Matter of Balance class may be just right for you.
Presented through Hot Springs County Public Health and the Wyoming Pioneer Home, the classes will cover all of these goals during four, two-hour sessions starting on Tuesday, March 3.
The classes will include group discussions, problem solving and peer support. To achieve the intended outcome, class attendance for all four sessions is required.
