Gwenda Urbigkit

Gwenda Urbigkit, 68, of Billings, Mont., passed away on Sat., Nov. 2, 2019, due to health complications.

She was born on March 4, 1951, to Virginia and Earl in Waterloo, Iowa. Gwen lived in Thermopolis, Wyo., for many years with her husband, Walk Urbigkit, running the airport with him. Gwen loved knitting and crocheting and owned her own business by the name of Navigator’s Needle. She was a giving person and volunteered with organizations like People for People. She was a member of Kiwanis and was very loving.

Gwen is survived by her mother-in-law, Ellie Urbigkit of Riverton, Wyo.; sister, Shirley Muir of Punta Gorda, Fla.; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia; father, Earl; brother, Glenn; and husband, Walt Urbigkit.
