Volleyball playoffs continue

Following the games on Oct. 30 for the Hot Springs County Recreation District’s Adult Co-ed Volleyball League, the brackets are looking a little fuller as playoff competition moves into the second week.

How I set Your Mother won their initial match for the evening, going 25-17, 21-25 and 25-15 against Beavis and Bumphead. However, No. 1 seed Owl Creek beat How I set during the final game of the night, 25-16 and 25-14.

Also during the evening, Kikyapunkas forfeited against 2 Legit 2 Hit, and Gassed by Gottsche won, 25-13 and 25-15, against Lord Have MRSA.

Matches for Nov. 6 included 2 Legit against Gassed, with the loser going against Beavis. Kikyapunkas will face MRSA, and the winner will see How I Set on the court.

If you haven’t had a chance to watch these entertaining teams in action, there’s only a couple weeks until the championship.

Games start at 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays at the high school gym.
