Cross country gets state preview

Last Saturday, the high school cross country team got to test their legs during the state preview meet in Afton.

Coach Stephanie Metz said it was good to see the course. “It was everything that we’ve been told. Lots of small hills, lots of elevation, so that’s what we’ve been training for.”
