John Novakovich

John Novakovich, 74, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019, in Thermopolis, Wyo.

Born in Rock Springs, Wyo., on April 16, 1945, he was the son of Ted and Stella (Legocki) Novakovich, Sr. In 1965 he married Virginia “Ginger” Norskog and to this union was born three children. The couple later divorced.

John was employed with his dad at Conoco Brite Spot gas station for over 40 years.

He enjoyed golf, sports and fishing.

He is survived by his mother, Stella; daughters, Angela Starcevich, Krist’l (Tom) Carcellar and Loranna (Robert) Michaels; three brothers and their families; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ted; and son-in-law, Mike.

A family gathering/celebration of life will be held at a later date. In memory of John, do a random act of kindness.
