Community forum discusses poverty

The Yellowstone County Assistance Network (YCAN) board will be hosting a forum on poverty at the Hot Springs County Library on Wednesday, May 8 from 10-11 a.m.

Tara Kuipers will facilitate the forum on behalf of the board, which wants to know what the community is seeking from Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds, what has worked and what they would like to see in the future.

Refreshments, door prizes and special incentives will be provided by YCAN. Those interested in attending can RSVP to the Thermopolis-Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce at 864-3192 or info@thermopolischamber.org.
