Wrestlers bring home championships at state

This past week, members of the Thermopolis Wrestling Club saw action on the mats at the Wyoming Amateur Wrestling Association’s State Championship April 11-14. Several Thermopolis wrestlers brought home championships.

Freestyle

In Female 14U 145, Kailey Allen placed third and scored 12 team points.

In Female 12U 70, Chloee Owsley placed first and scored 24 team points.

In Female 9U 55, Briar Lahoe placed first and scored 18 team points, and Brayli Price placed second and scored 15 team points.

In 10U 63, Dyllan Myers placed second and scored 70 team points.

In 10U 84, Cannon Boren placed first and scored 72 team points.

In 14U 136, Roedy Farrell placed first and scored 30 team points.

Folkstyle

In Female 9U 55, Brayli Price placed second and scored 20 team points.

In Female 9U 65, Logann Farrell placed first and scored 18 team points, and Jesalyn Blair placed second and scored 15 team points.
