VFW building fundraiser Saturday

Mark your calendar to make sure you’re ready for the VFW fundraiser dinner and auction this Saturday night, April 13.

The VFW building is in dire need of a roof replacement and other repairs. The Rotary Club of Thermopolis received a sizeable grant and have made a deal with the VFW to match the grant money as a donation provided the VFW raises the same amount, basically tripling what the donation would be.

To raise those funds, the VFW will be having a “by donation” dinner starting at 5:30 p.m. followed by a live auction.

If you would like to donate to the auction, the VFW asks those items be saleable items in good condition.

You may bring your donation to the VFW this Friday or Saturday afternoon after 3 p.m. so they can get the items arranged in the space.
