Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness, a Thermopolis-based provider of Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Services, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight's 2019 Customer Experience AwardTM. Qualifying for the award in the categories of Communication from Facility and Dignity and Respect, Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

Toby Homi, Executive Director of Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness (TRW), describes receiving the awards as an honor, stating that "we have made great strides in the last year in many areas thanks in great part to the leadership, reputation and experience of Robin Griffin, Director of Nursing, who came on board last March. I believe the sky is the limit for the team we have currently assembled. We look forward to an even more successful 2019."

Throughout its 50-year history of serving the community, TRW has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of TRW's customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate TRW in specific categories.

Every month, TRW has gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the resident's needs and make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, TRW has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident's experience.
