Hearing scheduled in DeVries theft case, attorney objects to special prosecutor

A hearing has been scheduled for Friday, Feb. 1 in a case against Ray DeVries, who is charged with five counts of theft, one count of property damage and one count of criminal trespassing. All seven charges are misdemeanors.
