Freshman basketball team developing

So far this season, the freshmen boys basketball team has a 1-3 record with a win against Burlington on Dec. 11. The team travelled to Lovell Dec. 14 and 15 for their invite, where they played Cody, Burlington and Lovell

Coach Dean Despain stated, “Friday night we played a good Cody squad to the wire, losing by four and then Saturday we lost to Burlington 22-12, and then lost to Lovell 41-9. We are continuing to develop as a team, learn the offense, and develop individual skills to help the kids later this season as well as down the road at the JV and Varsity levels.”

The boys also played Lander at home on Dec. 18, and will hit the court again on Dec. 21 at Fort Washakie before the break.
