Sex offender registry
Wyoming State Statute 7-19-303 (c) (ii) (iii) requires that residential neighbors within seven hundred fifty (750) feet of a registered sex offender’s residence be notified. If you are a property owner in this area it is your responsibility to notify any renter or lessee of your property that there is a sex offender residing in the neighborhood.

1:08 p.m. REDDI report from Wyoming Highway Patrol. It was later reported a vehicle matching the given description was pulled over in town.
Wednesday, Oct. 31
1:26 p.m. Report of a circular power saw found in the Red Lane area.
5:58 p.m. A deputy on patrol observed a vehicle with young people inside it smoking. A warning was given for expired registration and a citation was given for minor in possession of tobacco.
6:38 p.m. Report of a sex offender handing out Halloween candy. The subject was contacted and agreed to stop and turn his porch light off.

12:44 a.m. Report of a vehicle backing out onto the highway. Randall A. Howard was arrested for alleged driving under the influence.
3:58 Subject reported what he believed to be human bones in the buffalo pasture. It was determined the bones were from a wild animal.

1:06 a.m. Ashley A. Leary was arrested on a child support warrant out of Washakie County.
9:11 a.m. Report of a damaged gate in the Red Lane area.
Saturday, Nov. 3
8:52 a.m. Assistance provided to resolve an issue between a mother and son in the Red Lane area.
5:54 p.m. Report of suspicious activity in the Owl Creek area. A subject contacted said he was hunting owls and had permission to be on the property.

Tuesday, Oct. 30
7:39 p.m. Officer responded to a verbal disagreement and was able to get one of the subjects to leave without further incident.
Wednesday, Oct. 31
3:38 p.m. Report of someone passing a stopped bus. The officer was waiting to review video from the incident.

9:16 a.m. Report of drug activity.
12:43 p.m. Report of a subject stumbling along the road. The subject could not be located.
4:08 p.m. Report of an accident in a business parking lot.
4:38 p.m. Rhyan L. Schmuck was arrested for alleged simple assault.
6:44 p.m. Report of a subject driving recklessly. The suspect vehicle could not be located.
Friday, Nov. 2
12:43 a.m. Following a traffic stop, Hollie N. Smith was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
6:19 p.m. Reporting party stated her children were missing. Upon contact with her husband, it was learned the kids were playing in the park.
11:50 p.m. Officer responded to a REDDI report. Teresa M. Velasquez was arrested for alleged driving under the influence.
Saturday, Nov. 3
12:55 p.m. Report of an intoxicated male subject.
8:24 p.m. Complainant reported seeing a flashlight shining in the neighbor’s yard. The light was from a subject who was taking care of a dog.
8:37 p.m. Report of a possible domestic disturbance between a father and daughter. The dispute was verbal only.
9:01 p.m. Complainant reported a subject cracking a whip in the street. No such subject was found.

3:33 p.m. Report of burglary. The matter is still under investigation.
1:12 p.m. Report of a intoxicated subject. Casey Buller was arrested for alleged public intoxication.

Hensley Marie Steadman was born Sunday, October 28, 2018, at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital to Victoria Glass and Dustin Steadman.
