State marching festival

Hot Springs County will have 21 students competing at 4 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 13 at the state marching festival at the Casper Events Center.

Band Director Drew Brown said this is the first time in about 20 years that Hot Springs County High School has had a band participate in the event, and encouraged the community to come out and support them.

The show is titled “Women of Pop” and will feature three pop songs from 2014 and 2017 by artists Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea. Tickets for the show are $6 for adults and $5 for students K-12.
