Timothy Hoyer has been charged with felony charges of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, accessory before the fact to deliver methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance.

According to court documents, in a controlled buy the buyer was contacted by Hoyer about another party having meth to buy. The buy was completed, and the substance tested presumptive positive for meth.

The buyer was later contacted by Hoyer, who said he had some additional meth to purchase. As second controlled buy was completed, with the substance testing presumptive positive for meth. The weight of the substance was about five grams.

Preliminary hearing for Hoyer has been scheduled for Aug. 24, and his bond is set at $100,000 cash. If found guilty of the charges, he faxes a maximum 67 years in prison and $90,000 in fines.

Cases related to busts from controlled buys in March have been bound over to Hot Springs District Court.

Karl Bert David Loos is charged with felony conspiracy to deliver Oxycontin and delivery of Oxycontin. The charges are from a controlled buy in March. An informant was set up to purchase pills — later identified through the inscriptions on pills as being Oxycontin — from Loos through arrangements made with Trapper Lahoe. Following the buy, the informant informed deputies that Lahoe had driven the vehicle where the buy happened and Loos gave him the pills.

Lahoe is charged with felony conspiracy to deliver a prescription narcotic, accessory before the fact to deliver meth and delivery of meth. According to court documents, following the controlled buy with Loos, Lahoe contacted an informant and offered meth. A second controlled buy was arranged, during which the informant purchased a crystalline substance that tested presumptive positive for meth from Lahoe.

Though a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Aug. 13 in Circuit Court for the fourth suspect, Kevin Tuzicka, the hearing was continued to Aug. 17, and there was also an unsigned order to continue it to Aug. 24. Tuzicka is charged with felony conspiring to deliver meth and manufacture or delivery of meth or a controlled narcotic substance. According to court documents, the charges are from a controlled buy in March during which the buyer obtained a substance, which tested presumptive positive for meth, from Tuzicka.
